Day of Coordination
This package is for couples that have planned all the details for their wedding and just want someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. This package includes...
- In Person Detail Meeting - takes place approximately one month prior to the wedding date.
- Unlimited Phone Calls and e-mail correspondence - In case things change, we want to make sure that your worries are addressed.
- Personalized Wedding Day Timeline - organized in 5-15 minute increments and includes all vendor responsibilities and important notes
- Vendor Confirmation - done approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
- Rehearsal Coordination - 1 coordinator on site throughout rehearsal, introduction to bridal party, rehearsal instructions are given and questions are answered
- Day Of Coordination - 2 coordinators with you all day. One coordinator is at ceremony and/or dressing location with bridal party. One coordinator is at the reception site to ensure that all vendors and final details are addressed. Wedding gifts and cards will be sent with a designated person. Emergency kit with coordinators will include all the necessary things that might come in handy when small emergencies occur.
Partial Event Coordination
This package is for couples that already have planned a portion of their wedding, but still need some help finding some vendors and making their dream wedding come true. This package includes
- 3 In Person Meetings - to go over all the details and make sure you are on the right track. We are also available anytime via phone or e-mail.
- Vendor Recommendations - we know just the right wedding professionals in the area to compliment your needs
- Site Recommendations - we are familiar with the venues that would be the perfect fit for your event
- Theme and D้cor Assistance - helping you bring your ideas to life
- Etiquette Advice - we can answer some of your most difficult etiquette questions

- Meeting Management - scheduling outside vendor meetings and attendance at any meetings you see fit
- Site Selection - we are familiar with the venues that would be the perfect fit for your event
- Guest Accommodations - we negotiate prices with area hotels that best suit your needs and those of your guests

Wedding Consulting - Hourly
If you are planning your wedding yourself, but need some ideas and advice we would be happy to help. We will answer any questions you might have and give you pointers. This is a consultation service only.
Budget Management
We will create a budget for you that includes everything you want for your wedding. We provide budget adjustment recommendations and help you decide where to compromise if the budget gets out of control. We maintain all your vendor payment schedules, send out the checks and keep track of the financial side of your event. This service can be added to any of the above packages.
RSVP Management
Maintaining your guest count can be very daunting at times. We will receive all of your RSVPs either by mail or phone and keep track of each guests' attendance, meal selection, travel needs and accommodations and special requests. This service can be added to any of the above packages.
